Submission Information:

A maximum of 2 papers for one author is allowed.
ALL submissions (initial and final) must be made on-line from this web site (online submission).
If you need to modify the contact and paper information or resubmit your paper, this may be done until the submission deadline. Please use the web account you have created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.
E-mail submissions will NOT be accepted.

IEEE Conference Submission Standards:

"IEEE"s new submission standards meet full-text Portable Document Format (PDF) submission specifications markedly improving display quality and value of conference documents available through IEEE Xplore.
IEEE is now accepting files that meet these standards. Beginning in 2005, conferences financially sponsored by the IEEE or one of its organizations must provide a compliant PDF record, without exception." 

• Download the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Documents for IEEE Xplore - to provide authors with detailed information on how to prepare IEEE Xplore-compliant PDFs. At this location, you may also download a condensed set of instructions called "Simplified Requirements for Creating PDF Files for IEEE Xplore." 
• Download a sample manuscript for a representation of the layout authors should use when preparing their papers. Download the MS Word template file doc template.
• For downloading LaTeX Templates and BibTeX style, click here paper templates . Please make sure to use the template"s conference mode and to respect the layout from the sample manuscript.

Steps for camera ready paper submission:

1. Create your manuscript(s).
2. Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
3. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account on IEEE PDF eXpress web site by using the Conference ID: pending approval.
4. Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDF(s) for Checking.
5. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
6. Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to ISETC2016 by accessing the paper account. The deadline is 25 September 2016.

Deadline for camera ready (electronic) submission: September 25th, 2016

Deadline for the (electronic) registration: October 10th, 2016. 

• IEEE and ISETC policy requires that you send a signed Copyright Form for each accepted paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article. Download a .PDF or .DOC version of the Copyright Form.
• ISETC 2016 has registered for use of a new IEEE tool: IEEE PDF eXpress.

All conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

To guarantee good quality proceedings contents, the format must comply with the ISETC2016 paper specifications. In particular, this means:

• A4 format (8.27"x11.69")
• Exactly 4 pages, double column format, including figures, tables & reference
• PDF file format only
• Do NOT page number your manuscript
• Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file

Violations of the paper format (A4) will not be accepted. Please respect the margins defined in the sample manuscript!

Do not forget: At least one author per paper needs to be registered for the conference in order to have the paper included in the proceedings!

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 4 pages for regular papers and 6 for invited papers. The A4 page format should be used. Standard IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings should be used and can be found at this link : https://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/conferences/2014_04_msw_a4_format.doc (A4 format).

Paper Presentation

Authors should present their papers using 10 - 20 slides (PowerPoint or pdf). Each presentation should last no more than 15 minutes; 5 minutes are reserved for questions.
The conference rooms are equipped with computers and video projectors.

• Proposal for special session: March 20, 2016
• Papers submission: Extended deadline July 10, 2016
• Notification of acceptance: September 7, 2016
• Submission of camera-ready papers: October 3, 2016
• Advanced payment: September 25, 2016

If the conference fee will be paid up to this date, the reductions listed below will apply.
