Topic: A multisensor constellation of remote sensing sentinels for ocean monitoring
Dr. Fabrice Collard Graduated from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in 1996, where he studied offshore engineering. In 2000, he r eceived the Ph.D. in oceanography and meteorology environment for Paris 6 University. His thesis was dedicated to th e three dimensional aspect of wind-wave field. He spent two years working on HF radars as a post-doctoral research associate at RSMAS, Miami, USA. From 2002 to 2012, he has been with BOOST Technologies and then head of the R&D at the Radar Applications Division of CLS, working on the development and validation of surface wind, wave and current retrieval from synthetic aperture radar.
