All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 4 pages for regular papers and 6 for invited papers. The A4 page format should be used. Standard IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings should be used and can be found at this link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html (A4 format).

To guarantee good quality proceedings contents, the format must comply with the Standard IEEE manuscript templates specifications. In particular, this means:

• Maximum 4 pages, double column format, including figures, tables & reference
• PDF file format only
• Do NOT page number your manuscript
• Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file

Violations of the paper format (A4) will not be accepted.

Do not forget

• To send the filled in copyright form EDAS platform.
• At least one author per paper needs to be registered for the conference in order to have the paper included in the proceedings!

Paper Presentation

The ISETC 2022 conference will be live / online depending on the condition and restriction imposed (in case of on line development of the conference Zoom video conference tool will be used). For the conference links please access the conference program here.

Please take into consideration the following information about the ONLINE/LIVE Oral sessions.

Oral presentation requirements

A 15 minutes spoken/live presentation should be prepared, followed by 5 minutes dedicated to questions. Live video camera feed should be available during the presentation.

The presentation is recommended to be in MS-PowerPoint or PDF format. The presenter will be given sharing rights in order to defend the presentation.

The presenter must be the main author or co-author of the paper.

During a presentation microphones and cameras only of the presenter and the chairmen will be unmuted. All listening participants are asked to remain muted in order to reduce background noise and save bandwidth.

A maximum of 2 papers for one author is allowed.

ALL submissions (initial and final) must be made on-line here.

If you need to modify the contact and paper information or resubmit your paper, this may be done until the submission deadline. Please use the web account you have created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.

Steps for camera ready paper submission

1. Create your manuscript(s).
2. Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
3. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account on IEEE PDF eXpress web site by using the Conference ID: 56213X.
4. Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) which include on first page in the footer, the following cod 978-1-6654-5150-5/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE for Checking.
5. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
6. Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to ISETC2020 by accessing the paper account.

IEEE and ISETC policy requires that you send a signed Copyright Form for each accepted paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article. For submitting the Copyright Form use Submit Copyright option from Authors Section.

All conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility.
