Paper template
All submissions should be written in English with a recommended paper length of 4 pages. Standard IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings should be used and can be found at this link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html (A4 format).
To guarantee good quality proceedings contents, pay attention to the following aspects:
- Recommended number of pages, double column format, including figures, tables & reference
- PDF file format only
- Do NOT page number your manuscript
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file
Do not forget:
- Filling the IEEE copyright form within the EDAS platform.
- Paper submission is done using the EDAS platform.
- At least one author per paper needs to be registered for the conference in order to have the paper included in the proceedings
Paper Presentation
- The presentation is recommended to be in MS-PowerPoint or PDF format.
- A 15 minutes time interval for the presentation should be allocated, followed by 5 minutes dedicated to questions.
- The presenter must be the main author or co-author of the paper.
- In special circumstances, and having the prior aproval of the organizing committee, the presentation could be made online.
