Paper template
All submissions should be written in English, paper length up to six pages.
Standard IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings should be used and can be found at this link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html (A4 format).
To guarantee good quality proceedings contents, pay attention to the following aspects:
- Recommended number of pages, double column format, including figures, tables & reference
- PDF file format only
- Do NOT page number your manuscript
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file
Do not forget:
- Paper submission is done using the EDAS platform.
- Filling the IEEE copyright form within the EDAS platform.
- At least one author per paper needs to be registered for the conference in order to have the paper included in the proceedings
Paper Presentation
- The presentation is recommended to be in MS-PowerPoint or PDF format.
- A 15 minutes time interval for the presentation should be allocated, followed by 5 minutes dedicated to questions.
- The presenter must be the main author or co-author of the paper.
- In special circumstances, and having the prior approval of the organizing committee, the presentation could be made online.
